Boned meats slowly cooked to obtain a very soft texture. In square format offered to have the possibility to do different and modern presentations. Already cut in individual portions of 130gr. Also you can cut in other sizes to make “tapas” or other presentations.

 

Recommended Preparation 

Defrost the product before.

FOR THE BEEF CHEEK AND PORK CHEEK: cover with sauce before its regeneration in oven, 10 minutes at 180ºC.

FOR THE SUCKLING PIG, PIG’S TROTTERS, LAMB SHOULDER AND DUCK CONFIT: to grill on the part of the skin until it becomes creaking. Put the meat into the oven at 180ºC during 10 minutes, without sauce.
